Bill and Gillian have moved Guinea House Bed and Breakfast round the corner to 16 Bolton St. The accomodation remains very much the same, the welcome is as warm as ever, and for those of you who have stayed before, or sent your friends to stay, the stairs are a lot less precipitous! A more conventional straight Oak staircase replaces the curved oak spiral which some found a challenge! But, if you come to Lavenham, a large part of the experience is the amazing timber framed buildings and architecture - so to keep you on your toes we have plenty of interesting beams.

The house is only a few minutes walk from the Market Place, the Guildhall, and excellent restaurants, such as the award winning Great House, and the Angel Public House.

Bedrooms are attractively and traditionally furnished each with their own bathrooms. They are large enough to sit in and relax, read some of our many books and guides, and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
