Although Charlie’s favourite food is chicken, his tastes are pretty eclectic having been known to raid the bird table for the seed, join Jack the horse in the stable to share his feed and even eat the inner rubber lining of the door of the washing machine when he was young. His best mate is young Scamp who, although a little more nervous than Charlie, was brave enough to steal a cooked joint of beef off the worktop. Being best mates they of course shared it in the garden.
