Tessa’s favourite toy is anything that squeaks, it’s just unfortunate that she’s deaf as a post and drives everyone else crazy. If we had to list her dislikes they would be mushrooms, lettuce and celery and we would list her obsessions as food (except mushrooms, lettuce and celery). Her favourite pastime is sleeping in front of the Aga, a place she vies for with Freddie the cat. Still if Freddie gets their first its easier to steal his food. And, if Freddie’s food isn’t around there’s always that put out for the birds. All this food doesn’t prevent her pretending to the guests she's never fed (particularly at teatime when there's cake around).
