Occasionally Scubie falls in love - sometimes with other dogs, sometimes with guests themselves. She'll sit patiently outside their door until they get up for breakfast, then she'll follow them around throughout their stay. When they go out during the day, she'll sit at the end of the lane, scanning the fields for their car. And when they leave, she'll mope around for days, sitting outside their door, waiting, hopefully! She’s always available to be borrowed for a walk.
